Essay

The thesis is devoted the to reducing technogenic impact from particulate emissions of the chemical industry by improving dedusting system using high- efficiency equipment. The analysis of technogenic influence of enterprises of chemical industry is conducted, on an example PJSC "Sumykhimprom" on atmosphere. Certificated dust ilmenite and titanium dioxide as technogenic factors of ecological safety company. Developed the mathematical model of dispersion of shallow dust in the atmosphere by the method of eventual differences, which allows to define the concentration of dust in the distance from the source of dispersion. Proposed reducing particulate emissions into the atmosphere by improving dedusting system using device with large-hole sieve trays. Research process dedusting in the device, identified the dependence of efficiency dedusting of structural features and modes. Established the efficiency of dedusting at 99.6%. Designed schemes to include the device in the current gases treatment system of production titanium dioxide at PJSC "Sumykhimprom" in order to improve performance and reduce the technological impact on the environment. With the purpose of resource research ways of returning in the process product from sludge tank, that testify to possibility of diminishing losses raw material and prepared product of production titanium dioxide at PJSC "Sumykhimprom" by returning the caught dust in a technological process.
