Kalenchuk N. Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, infections in women of reproductive age with pulmonary tuberculosis.

Object - sexually transmitted infections, for the women of genesial age, being ill a pulmonary tuberculosis (PT); purpose to reduce frequency of sex-ually transmitted infections, for patients, being ill PT, by development of the system of medical-organizational measures, diagnostics and treatment of urogenital infections on the basis of study of change of function of the genesial, immune and hormonal systems; methods – clinical, biochemical, special gynaecological, instrumental, microbiological, immunological, molecular-genetic and statistical; results are results the conducted system to the analysis and complex research allowed to develop prognostic, diagnostic and medical tactic in relation to infections which pass a sexual way, for women, patients first exposed and with the remaining changes of the carried white plague, recognition molecular-genetically capabilities of exciters of infectious process, changes to immunological reactivity of organism and violations of hormonal homoeostasis; for women, patients of PT, in the conditions of immunosup-pression, the deep changes of co-operation of immunocompetency cages are marked and there is disintegration of the cytokine adjusting of immune an-swer, that became foundation of including of immuno corrective methods to the complex of medical and prophylactic measures; it is rotined molecular-genetic researches, that determinations of exciters of infections, that passed by a sexual way, by system of histocompatability of man HLA has diagnostic and prognostic values, as genes of immune answer, which are responsible for recognition of pathogen, are placed in it; branch – medicine.
