The object of research: processes of forming and realization of ecologically oriented development of strategy of national economy in the conditions of narrow-mindedness of natural resources. Aim: improvement of scientific methodical and practical approaches to forming and realization of ecologically oriented development of strategy. Research methods and apparatus: logic synthesis and scientific abstraction, modeling and forecasting, egologically-economical and statistic analysis, economical. Theoretical and practical results: results are methodical developments and practical suggestions which promote the ground of administrative decisions in relation to forming and realization of ecologically oriented development of strategy. Novelty: scientifically methodical going to optimization of structure of national economy on the basis of author intersectoral ecological-economic model, essence of which consists in establishment of balance of the use of natural resources for a production and consumption of the economic blessings in a national economy; the methodical going to procedures of development, acceptance and realization of ecologically oriented development of strategy, which unlike existing are complemented by logically appearing stages is improved: by prognostication and planning; implementation of complex organizationally economic and financial mechanisms; by the choice of optimum economy and ecology instruments; by the ground of terms of realization of strategy; by frequency of supervisory actions; a mechanism of structurally logical understanding precedency of priorities, aims and tasks of ecologically oriented development of national economy, which unlike existing foresees the stages of collection and treatment of information, amending to the project of strategy and acceptance of the finished off document on the proper administrative levels, due to what the economic effect of optimization of priorities, aims and tasks development in the eventual document of national strategy is arrived at ecologically oriented development; procedures of ecology and economy evaluation of efficiency of the use of natural resources are by the indexes of decoupling, which unlike existing allow to get the exact estimations of dependence of rates of economic development from volumes and quality of the natural resources brought over to the public production due to the use in the algorithm of calculations of indexes of ecology capacity and environmental capacity. Level of implementation: basic scientifically methodical positions and scientific and practical results of forming and realization of ecologically oriented development of strategy of activity of Main administration of economy of Sumy region state administration and in the educational process of the Sumy state university were brought to practice.
