Essay

Research object: processes of industrial restructuring; research methods and instruments: inductive and deductive method, analysis and synthesis, content analysis, morphological analysis, formalization, rating, expert assessment (model Rush); theoretical and practical results: methodological position to assess the processes of restructuring of engineering companies, based on the determination of the ratio of the rate of change of financial and economic performance of enterprises under the "golden rule economy" and take into account the ground level of the results of restructuring; methodical approach to the assessment of readiness for building enterprise restructuring, based on the justification of the priority factors of availability, expert evaluation and determination of their level of readiness that allows to prove the organizational restructuring measures; content of organizational methods of restructuring is treated as a set of successive stages of restructuring, the main of which is to assess the need for and ability to enterprise restructuring, which makes it possible to determine the directions of analysis and evaluation processes of restructuring; theoretical principles forming organizational methods of restructuring, the difference of which is to combine systematic, comprehensive, process, situation, behavioral approaches and selection of components of organizational methods, security analysis as the rate of change of financial and economic performance of enterprises in the restructuring and evaluation of preparedness to restructure; organizational support for restructuring the company, whose difference from the present is to identify strategic actions considering the level of readiness of enterprises to restructure and level of value rationality pace of change of financial and economic performance, which can increase the effectiveness of restructuring; subject and degree of introduction: design implemented in practice of PJSC "Finprofile" JSC plant "Potential" and the learning process of Kharkiv National Economic University in the description of the present discipline "Analytical Support for organizational change enterprise"; sphere of the use:organizational and methodological support to building enterprise restructuring.
