Galtsova V. Criminal liability for disclosure of secret of adoption (adoption) and illegal actions on adoption (adoption): analysis of structures of crimes.

The dissertation is complex scientific monographic research of criminal liability for disclosure of secret of adoption (adoption) (UK Art. 168) and illegal actions on adoption (adoption) (UK Art. 169). Objective and subjective signs of crimes are considered, the contents and the main lines of elements of structures of crimes are considered. Value of signs and elements of studied structures of crimes for their correct qualification and differentiation from adjacent crimes and acts which aren't criminal is established. A number of the offers, concerning improvements of the existing criminal legislation (Art. 168 Art., 169 UK) and practicians of its application is formulated.
