Zgama A. Powers of Courts of Appeal in Commercial Proceeding

Dissertation is devoted to the powers of the Courts of Appeal in commercial proceeding. Complex scientific research of concepts appeal, and appellate judicial relations is fulfilled; specific features of the powers of the Courts of Appeal are identified. Foreign experience of determination of the powers of the Courts of Appeal, which examine economic cases, is studied. The elements of legal status of Commercial Courts of Appeal, such as powers, jurisdiction, functions and mission according their powers are probed. The powers of Commercial Courts of Appeal in proceeding are considered, grouping them in subject, functional, functionally subject and other powers.
