An object is a chronic critical arterial ischemia of lower extremities; an aim is an improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with the chronic critical ischemia of lower extremities by work and introduction in clinical practice of indirect revascularization methods; methods – clinical, laboratory , mathematical, statistical; novelty – it is well-proven that the indirect revascularization methods of lower extremities considerably improve the state of collateral arterial river-bed of the staggered extremity and it is the alternative of high amputation; results – inculcated the combined method of deep femoral artery plastic and the tibia rotor bone trepanation for neoangiogenesis stimulation and improvement of remote results; it is inculcated in a medical and educational process; field is surgery.
