Povoroznik A. The improvement of the effectiveness of surgical treatment of patients with deep burns by overcoming of the shortage of donor resources (experimental-clinical research).

Object - donor wounds; purpose – to improve the results of treatment of patients with dermal deep widespread burns by the prophylaxis of growth of deficit of donor resources of autoleather, complications of cicatrization of donor wounds and reduction of terms of their epithelization in the conditions of moist chamber with the use of biogalvanization; methods – pathomorphological, microbiological, cytomorphological, haematological, immunological, clinical, biophysical, statistical; results – technology of treatment of donor wounds is developed in the conditions of moist chamber under PVC tape with the use of biogalvanization; the method of effective hemostasis is developed at the capillary bleeding from donor wounds after the fence of autodermotrensplant; a device is developed for research of influence of biogalvanic current on the culture of microorganisms; the flow of process of wounds is improved on the basis of treatment of donor wounds in the conditions of moist chamber under PVC tape with the use of biogalvanization; expedience is conditioned and possibility of successful treatment of donor wounds is well-proven with the use of modern technologies on the basis of comparative analysis of the got results at the use of different ways of local treatment; branch – medicine.
