Chystyakova S. The role of government on formation of corporate forms of enterprising in Ukraine (second half XIX - beginning XX st.)

The process of formation and development of corporate forms of business in Ukraine in the second half XIX - early XX cen.; to identify the state's role in the formation and development of corporate forms of business in Ukraine in the second half XIX - early XX cen. and consequences of governmental influence on the formation of institutional structure of the market economy; consists of general scientific and special research methods, range of complementary methods of historical and economic analysis, statistical comparison and graphical visualization. The theoretical generalization and a new solution of important scientific task was made in the thesis in order to determine the state's role in the development of corporate forms of business in Ukraine in the second half XIX - early XX cen., that revealed the most significant trends and effective mechanisms for public policy in corporate entrepreneurship. The scientific novelty is that for the first time it was carried out systematic study of the state's role and its determination as a dominant in the process of corporate entrepreneurship formation in Ukraine in the second half of XIX - early XX cen. The practical significance of the results is that they can be used as a methodological basis of the state policy priorities on development of corporate sector in the fields of public administration authorities and government agencies, as well as methodological and didactic material in the research field of educational practice and educational institutions.
