Golovchuk V. Criminal-legal protection of the order of execution of judicial decisions

Dissertation is devoted to issues of criminal responsibility for encroachment to the order of execution of judicial decisions. Social conditionality and international experience of criminal-legal protection of the order of execution of judicial decisions, genesis of the development of the institute of criminal responsibility for breaking the order of execution of judicial decisions are considered. The objective and subjective signs of corpora delicti of crimes, which encroach on the order of execution of judicial decisions, are characterized (art. 382, part 1 art. 388 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
