Essay

The object of study - candidiasis of the skin. Aim of study - increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with candidiasis of the skin manifestations of candidoallergids by developing a comprehensive method of treatment using immunomodulators-vector of a study on the role of inflammatory mediators in the pathogenesis of the disease. Methods: epidemiological, clinical, biochemical, spectrophotometric, statistics. The dissertation is devoted to improving the treatment of patients with candidiasis through the aid of development the method of therapy using the immunomodulators of multi-vector action (Primavir and Dufalak) on the bases of studying the role of mediators of inflammation in pathogenesis of dermatoses (interferon-gamma, interleukin-4, -12, tumor necrosis factor - alpha, leukotriene-B4, histamine) and the regulation systems "before-immune", immune-cell and humoral lines protective response, "functional action of neutrophils", T- lymphocytes, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, Ig G, Ig A, Ig M, Ig E. Assignment of complex therapy with using at the same time the immunomodulators of multi-vector action provide no recurrence and reduces the frequency and degree of their manifestation in 100 % patients who have only candidiasis of skin folds, 90 % - with the presence of pruritus and 80 % - with the presence of levurids. The results put into practice at the Donetsk City, Zaporizhzhia regional clinical skin-venereal dispensaries, City Clinical Hospital № 17 Dnepropetrovsk, as well as pedagogical process the Department of Dermatology and Venereology SE "Dnepropetrovsk Medical Academy of MH of Ukraine" and the Department of Professional Diseases and Radiation Medicine of Donetsk National Medical University named Gorky.
