The thesis is devoted to developing the theoretical terms and practical recommendations for the development of enterprise human intellectual capital in the enterprise intellectual resource management. The essence is improved, the structure and classification of enterprise intellectual capital are specified, so that a scientific basis for further research has been created. The concept of "human intellectual capital of enterprise" is defined. The business intelligence management is developed. Graphical approach to the development and implementation of creative abilities of the enterprise worker is developed. The methodical approach to the identification and evaluation of human intellectual capital of the enterprise is improved. The methodical approach to rating the level of human intellectual capital of the enterprise is developed. The results of the thesis have been put into practice of the State Enterprise "Experimental Production Enterprise Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy n. a. Z. I. Nekrasov of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", JSC "Slavgorod Valve Plant", PJSC "Tovkachivskyi Iron Ore Enrichment Works", PE "Ukrainian Land Company", LLC "Lugansk plant VTORMET" and in the educational process of SHEI "Kryvyi Rih National University".
