A comprehensive theoretical and legal research of the concept of supremacy of law as a principle of the evolution of the Public Law in modern Ukraine has been done in this dissertation. The multi-methodological approach with special application of advantages of the anthropological and natural and legal approaches have been used while analyzing this issue because it gives possibility to adequately expound the problem as provided by the modern life in Ukraine.
