Vynnyk O. Regulatory mechanisms of labor motivation in Ukraine

The object - the processes of government regulation of motivation in the field of industrial and socio-labor relations. Goal - the formation of the structure of an integral mechanism of motivation and his group mechanisms through the implementation updated legal and regulatory framework and improving the socio-labor relations. Methods: abstractions and analogies, comparative analysis, systems analysis, economic and statistical analysis, institutional analysis, sociological expert assessment, economic and mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results brought to the level of specific proposals, development and application recommendations which have been used in reports of research of the regional problems of labor and social development of the Institute of Labor and Employment Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine for 2007 - 2011 (certificates №796, 795-Н, 09/4-24, 01/4- 414, 01/4-411); in practical activity of Main administration of labour and social defence of population of regional state administration (certificate №8318); in the educational process of the Odesa national economic university (certificate №01-17/772). Innovation - theoretical, methodological and practical bases for the formation and implementation of regulatory mechanisms of state influence on work motivation. The degree of implementation - in the activities of the Main Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Institute of Labor and Employment, in the learning process in OSEU. Scope (area) - economics and management of national economy, higher education.
