Dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal nature of unfinished construction and arbitrarily as the objects of civil relations. Shown their premises of origin, legal regime and civil consequences of existence. Determined the spatial and temporal forms and types of assets under construction and arbitrarily, and by their relationship to buildings and structures. Investigated the content and reason of ownership of unfinished and unlicensed construction. Analysis of extra-judicial procedure for the recognition of property rights to arbitrarily built property.
