Motorna V. Contract of test-drive of a car

The thesis is devoted to research of a new civil contract - the contract of test-drive of a car. It is proved that the practice of contract of test-drive of a car is taken from the European countries and the United States due to activation of European integration and globalization processes in Ukraine that is directly reflected in the directions of development of private law. It was found that the subject of the contract of test-drive of a car is to provide visual and sensual vehicle information to the customer, which means its intangible interest. This information is consumed by the customer during the test drive of a car and is inseparable from the vendor. Therefore, the contract of test-drive is a kind of service contract. Customer and the vendor in the contract may be individuals or legal entities.
