Scientific problems of realization subjective hereditary rights, including the determining of juridical essentiality of civil contracts innovated by legislator into hereditary sphere (into the legal institution of realization hereditary rights and institution of protection hereditary estate) with the aid of which the special hereditary possibilities may be realized, have been solved in this thesis. Special attention was paid to analyzing of changing hereditary turn contracts and changing hereditary shares contracts. The author determines subject, parties, conditions of these contracts.
