In dissertation investigational and theoretical positions of criminal law are improved in part of responsibility for intentional elimination or damage of property and creation of the renewed construction of norm, foreseen by article 194 of the CC of Ukraine. The legal analysis of grounds of criminalization of intentional elimination or damage of property is carried out; the criminal-legal analysis of corpus, foreseen by article 194 of the CC of Ukraine; certainly criteria of similarity and difference of norm about responsibility for intentional elimination or damage of property with other criminal-legal norms which are directed on defense of property; the features of qualification of intentional elimination or damage of property are exposed.
