Jmur Y. Criminal-law protection of the inviolability of housing in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex analysis of criminal law defense of inviolability of housing and other individual possession in Ukraine. The research includes history of formation of responsibility for encroachment on inviolability of housing. There were made the following steps. First, there was also made the analysis of international experience of defense of relevant social relations. Secondly, the social insecurity and the reasons for criminalization of contravention of inviolability of housing and other individual possession were studied. Thirdly, the analysis of basic and qualified component elements of a crime due to section 162 of Criminal Code of Ukraine was made.
