Yaroshchuk V. Forming and realization of public policy of development of the high-urbanized territories

The theoretical and methodological principles of forming and realization of public policy in high-urbanized territories development are suggested in the dissertation. Criteria approach to the selection of high-urbanized territories in Ukraine is offered. The current situation assessment and trends of their development have been made. Legal base and effectiveness of public policy towards high-urbanized territories development were analyzed. Conceptual principles of high-urbanized territories development in the context of the state regional policy modernization with determination of their roles as the "cells of growth" have been elaborated. The model of forming and realization of public policy for high-urbanized territories development with determination of purpose, principles and priorities have been offered. The propositions for improvement of mechanisms of its realization proceeding from domestic and foreign experience and innovative approaches are developed.
