Historical background of criminal liability for using a minor child in begging is analyzed; analysis of international and current criminal legislation in the sphere of children rights' protection is realized; comparative and legal analysis of some foreign countries' legislation concerning establishment of criminal liability for using a minor child in begging is also realized. This system consists of diverse actions of relevant subjects on social, specially criminological and individual levels focusing on the activity of departments and services of internal affairs agencies of Ukraine.
