Essay

The thesis presents a new solution and important scientific and practical problems of obstetrics and gynecology - has revealed a relationship between the clinical course of pregnancy, placental complex condition, the fetus, newborn, depending on the severity of influenza A (H1/N1). For the first time the scientific necessity of differential diagnosis of influenza A (H1/N1) from other forms of SARS, and developed criteria for differential diagnosis of influenza A (H1/N1) in pregnant women. Correlation between the degree of severity of influenza A (H1/N1) and the risk of antenatal fetal death was established at first. A comprehensive analysis of therapeutic activities designed and implemented an algorithm for prevention, the treatment and the optimisation of mode of delivery of women with moderate and severe forms of influenza A (H1/N1). It is possible considerably reduce the incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications in this group of pregnant women.
