Dissertation is devoted to actual problems of legal nature of corporate relations, explaining the nature of corporate relations and business management, legal regulation of corporate relations. The work contains the analysis of basic scientific views on theoretical grounding of corporations and corporate business management, features of perception of corporation as organizational form of business management in world legal systems and in Ukraine. Main problem aspects in research of corporate relations in Ukraine were presented. Such features of corporate relations as sphere and borders were explained; the problem of identifying of subjects of corporate relations was presented in a correspondence with approach of explaining the legal nature of corporation; validity of idea to explain corporate relations as civil and contractual relations, taking place between equal and independent subjects based on freedom of will and separable property was verified; real legal relations, lying in a basis of corporate relations were identified; property relations in corporate business management were subject to examination; features of a structure of proprietary legal relations in corporate relations were described; proprietary-legal description of corporate relations was made; branch reference of corporate relations was identified; the prospects of legal regulation of corporate relations were given
