Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving important scientific and technical project whose aim is to improve the process of professional training specialists of Operational Rescue Service by developing models, methods and tools of adaptive control of knowledge and learning. The object of the study is the process of information and analytical support for professional training. Reliability and validity from the main findings and conclusions derived from the consistent implementation of the theoretical and methodological bases and the use of complex complementary methods that confirms derived theoretical principles by experimental results. The author first proposed model of presentation logic sheme evaluation as a hierarchical system with regard semantic links between questions and units of training material that is the basis of adaptive assessment and training and can reduce the time of evaluation. Developed models to determine the Operational and Rescue Service specialists professional orientation, and the structuring of educational material that suggests competence of specialist for individual program training formation. Also first developed the adaptive methods for assessing the level of preparedness of specialists and adjustments difficulty of issues, including with respect to time constraints, that objectify process of knowledge control and consider the speed of decision-making specialist as one of the main characteristics of his professional suitability. Proposed the principles of development and structure of a computer professional training system, its knowledge base as the main constituent elements, and performed experimental verification of the developed models and methods. Developed models, methods and instrumental tools for improving processes of Operational Rescue Service specialists professional training and expand the traditional range of problems solved by by appropriate automated systems. It makes sense to use adaptive technology evaluation of the level of preparedness specialists in the system MOE of Ukraine in defining their professional orientation. It will optimize the the distribution of personnel, and also for training of Operational Rescue service in higher educational establishments and raising their skills in various courses that end the process of evaluation of the level of preparedness.
