Mashkovska L. Legal status of noncommercial subjects of menage

The thesis analyzed the legal basis of activity, symptoms and types of actors-for-profit business, which represent the kind of subjects of economy due to their inherent characteristics and factors of activity. Based on an analysis of legislative and doctrinal approaches to the understanding of the subjects they propose a new definition and classification. Particular attention is paid to the legalization non-profit entities of the economy, issues of liability and maintenance of their rights and obligations with in-depth analysis of the legal nature and activities of charitable organizations, credit unions, stock exchanges and trade.
