Essay

The thesis is a systemic legal study of economic law issues, namely of rights and legitimate interests of legal entities in the legal relations with the Antimonopoly Committee arising from the proceedings in such cases. Areas of competition law that require improvement are suggested. Particular attention is paid to the ways to protect the rights and lawful interests of business entities in legal relations with the Antimonopoly Committee as well as to problematic aspects of implementation of these rights, in particular, in terms of existing legislative gaps and current judicial practice, which is negative in respect of appealers.
