Zueva L. Principles of Economic Legal Procedure

Notion, features, and types of economic legal procedural principles are disclosed in the thesis. They are a hardcore of the Economic-Procedural Law system of Ukraine. The legal nature of Economic-Procedural principles is normative. They differ from ordinary norms with more general character. The special attention is spared to such principles as: stimulation of pre-trial, amicable agreement, and arbitration; judicial economy and operativeness; judicial formalism; maximal territorial centralization; priority of object competency above general; principle of collegiality.
