Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of problems of theoretical and normative perceptions of court orders in civil procedure of Ukraine. In particular, author's definition of "court order" is given, characteristic properties of court orders are determined as well as the specific features that separate it from the narrow concept of "judgment" etc. These main provisions of work were introduced in the analysis of institutional types of orders, and also in study of other types of orders that enabled a new way to accept court orders of different instances. The author defines the distinctive features of court orders which depend on the particular stage of the proceedings in which they can be drafted as well as on the possibility of their appeal and order of execution.
