Rudko B. The procedure for notarial proceeding with measures to protect the ancestral property

The thesis analyzes the notarial proceedings and its measures to protect the ancestral property. The thesis comprises a study of the most complex and problematic issues associated with inadequate coverage of the proceedings before the notary rules of civil law and notarial process, which is caused by little attention to these issues by scholars. In this work much attention was paid to expanding the powers of notaries for the most complete and guaranteed protection of all entities that are affected by the death of the testator. The thesis offers not only theoretical hypotheses, but also concrete proposals to improve legislation and practices of notaries.
