The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the concession agreement problems. The concept and legal nature of concession agreements are described. Major principles and stages of development of the concession relations in Ukraine and abroad are explored. Current state of legal regulation of concession relations in foreign countries is analyzed. The paper is primarily devoted to the issues of the concession agreement. The author suggests a definition of the concession agreement, its concepts and features, explores subject and object of the concession agreement, its parties, agreement format and order its conclusion, analyzes the content of the agreement, rights and obligations of the parties. Protection of the rights of the concession agreement parties is covered with precedents analysis.
