Borisova Y. Civil-Legal Adjusting of Relations in the Field of Electronic Commerce

Dissertation is sanctified to the study of electronic commerce from positions of civil law. Position is set forth, that an institute of electronic commerce is complex and interdisciplinary for legal science: electronic commerce is a subject of regulation by civil, administrative, taxation, commercial and international private law and, in some measure, by other fields of law, as it is an inter-branch phenomenon. Clear differentiation of the special objects of electronic commerce is conducted: electronic commodity and electronic services.The attention was paid to circumstance that not any electronic communication mean can provide existence of transaction in writing, however list of communication means, suitable for a feasance transactions in the field of electronic commerce, wide enough and inexhaustible from permanent scientific and technical developments in the indicated area.
