In the thesis analyses theoretical aspects of motivation of labor, lays out the basics of the differences in the approaches of its determination in the domestic and foreign literature. Experience and carried out the studies show that, according to the simplified the pyramid Maslow income of the majority of the able-bodied population of Ukraine (80%) provides for the needs of the second-third grade.
