Kozych I. Criminal Law Policy in Combating Crime, Committed with Violence

In this thesis it is studied violence in the content of criminal law, outlined the set of crimes committed with violence, studied historical experience and the experience of CIS countries in their combating against specified offenses by criminal law means, systematized and generalized basic provisions of criminal law policy which are made by criminal science and law enforcement practice, it is defined criminal law policy in combating crime, committed with violence, assessed the current state and the ways of improving of criminal legal means in combating crimes committed using violence.
