Essay

The thesis presents the actual decision of modern obstetrics problem - reducing of the preeclampsia frequency and severity and perinatal complications in pregnants with clinical risk for preeclampsia. On the basis of frequencies of genotypes and alleles of thrombophilia genes F5, F2, PAI1, FGB, GP3a, MTHFR study in woman in labor with middle and severe preeclampsia with using gel biochips it was developed scoring of preeclampsia risk and based on it differentiated scheme of prevention, introduction which led to a decrease in frequency and severity of preeclampsia and perinatal complications of pregnancy with risk for preeclampsia.
