Novikova I. Substantiation of methodic approaches to diagnosis of vibratio disease caused by local vibration

Object - influence of risk factors on vibration disease development in vibration-connected workers from machine-building industry. Purpose - to improve effectiveness of early clinical and pre-nosological diagnosis of vibration disease caused by local vibration basing on analysis of clinico-functional disturbances in blood supply and innervation of upper extremities, immunobiochemical parameters and industrial risk factors. Methods -hygienic, generally clinical, clinico-functional, biochemical, immunological, morphological, statistical. Results - peculiarities of clinical course of vibration disease caused by local vibration were stated; mechanisms of sanogenesis formation on pre-pathologic and clinical stages were clarified. Novelty - the theoretical substantiation and variant of practical solution of vital practical mission regarding improvement of early clinical and pre-nosological diagnosis of vibration disease caused by local vibration was elaborated first, including method of dynamic thermography. Results of research were introducted into work of occupational pathological service, scientific-research inststution and higher educational medical inststutions.
