Object - influence inner-school of factor on children health. Purpose - develop science bases for hygienic optimization of process education of secondary-school children during sexual development for prevention health disorders of secondary-school children with due medical preventative measures. Methods - sanitary and hygienic, social-hygienic, physiological-hygienic, clinical, psychological, statistical. Result - is based on hygienic proving of prevention of diseases and secondary-school children health care. Measures result on complete research of physical develop dynamics and phychophysiological peculiarities of secondary-school children and defining risk of factor of with due to the exact sex progress level. Novelty - this dissertation is proves that division into grups due sexual progress level can be used for science for analysing health and mental ability ates as well us defining the inner-school factors and for suggesting medical preventative measures. We marked out peculiarities of sexual and physical development of modern-children from secondary-school, defined the limits of pubertal leap, proved the connected between physical development rates and the level of sexual development. We defined dynamics of mental ability of children while going to secondary- school and its influence on sexual development. We determined influence of the level inner-school factors and organization education process on mental abilities. We defined gender-determined factors children attitude towards health. Suggested medical preventative measures for optimizing education process in order to prevent health disordes and maintain harmonious pubertal development of secondary school.
