Karaush K. The fetal loss syndrome in the first trimester

The dissertation is devoted to the pertinent problem of the modern obstetrics -to decrease the frequency of the reproductive losses and perinatal complications by the development, implementation of pathogenetically substantiated complex of diagnostic and medical-preventive measures for females with the syndrome of pregnancy loss in the anamnesis in the first trimester. The main risk factors of early pregnancy losses were determined. There was demonstrated the role of the changes in microenvironment of the genital tract, the inflammatory disorders of morphofunctional state of endometrium. The markers of functional incompetence of endometrium were found for females with SPL in the anamnesis occurred with the background of chronic endometritis. There was determined the character of the disorders of placentary proteins and the level of cytokines amongst SPL in the anamnesis. The developed algorithm of examination and clinical management of the patients with SPL in the anamnesis during pregnancy allows to determine females with the risk for recurrent pregnancy losses and conduct the evidence based and adequate pregravidary treatment for decreasing complications of pregnancy, labour and fetal development.
