This description of the systems of conditioning of air of operator's of locomotives of domestic and other foreign production cabs. The existent constructions of coolers of air of evaporated type and shown ways of their perfection are considered at the use on transport vehicles. The mathematical models of motion of air and water environment are developed, and also processes heat and mass transfer in the evaporated blocks of air cooler with the use of fundamental-dependences. An imitation design and experimental researches of work of evaporated and cooling block of conditioner is conducted. They got results allowed to define structural and regime parameters of conditioner works, which allow to support the comfort parameters of microclimate in an operator's of locomotive cab.
