Essay

Object - The object is the learning process in senior school. The purpose is to define the influence of the implementation of theoretically substantiated and practically checked out organizational and pedagogical conditions of monitoring of senior pupils' learning achievements to increase the level of these achievements. The methods are represented by theoretical, empirical and statistical methods. The novelty is in theoretically substantiated and practically checked out organizational pedagogical conditions of monitoring of senior pupils' learning achievements. The sense of the monitoring of pupils' learning achievements is determined as a pedagogically reasonable system of teacher's actions in collecting, exploring, analyzing and interpreting information about mastering the specific knowledge, skills by the pupils, about their emotional attitudes and values which are formed, and readiness to put creative activities into practice. The results can be used in the learning process of secondary school, in the system of training and retraining the teachers and teachers of pedagogical educational establishments, as well as in the process of compiling the textbooks, manuals on pedagogical subjects by the teachers. The students and masters can use the results while writing their term papers, master and diploma works. The branch of knowledge is pedagogy
