Serdyuk E. "A hygienic estimation of the electromagnetic radiation created by radio engineering watch facilities behind surface conditions"

The thesis is devoted to the hygienic evaluation and development of preventive measures to protect public health from the effects of electromagnetic radiation that is generated by radio monitoring tools for above-water areas. Main principles of territorial and spatial distribution of the electromagnetic pollution that creates objects by radio traffic management services and the Border Guard Service of Ukraine developed methods of measuring the electromagnetic pollution of land, adjacent to the location of place of technical observation posts, described the current state of the electromagnetic pollution settlements coast of the Azov and Black Sea, the Dnieper river, Dunube river and Bug river. Based on the results of studies identified priority sources of electromagnetic pollution made hygienic assessment of levels of electromagnetic radiation in comparison with those of the Ukraine "State sanitary norms and rules," suggested preventive measures to reduce the negative effects on the population of the electromagnetic radiation that is generated by surface observation posts for territories , developed guidelines for the definition and regulation of the electromagnetic radiation that is generated by radio means of the surveillance system.
