Object of research: process of functioning and development of community property. Purpose: determination and theoretical ground of directions of perfection of community property management and development of practical recommendations on the increase of efficiency of the use of joint property of local communities the countries, settlements, cities of region. Methods: approach of the systems; structurally-functional and statistical analysis; comparisons; inductions; deductions; designs and generalizations; historical and logical; programmatic-having a special purpose; expert estimations. Results: determination and theoretical ground of directions of perfection of community property management and development of practical recommendations on the increase of efficiency of the use of joint property of local communities the countries, settlements, cities of region. Novelty: scientific approach to privatization of joint property of local communities the countries, settlements, cities of region is developed; a local normatively-legal base on regulation of processes of joint property of local communities management and mechanisms of the use of objects of joint property are improved. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkiv regions. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
