Researches are devoted to the enrichment of theoretical and methodical knowledge and developing the practical recommendations in the field of organizational and economic mechanisms of the management of ecological component of using natural resources in agriculture and for implementation approaches of sustainable agriculture. The essences of terms "management of using of natural resources in agriculture" and "organizational-economic mechanism of the management of ecological component of using natural resources in agriculture" are specified. The state of natural resources in agriculture is explored. The efficiency of management system is analyzed and existed problems in the soil and water management are defined. The public' opinion in terms of sustainable natural resources using are explored. The ways for implementation of sustainable agriculture are proposed. Model for estimation the progress in organizational and economic improvement of existed management in agriculture is developed in the structure of the organizational-structural, scientific-informational, legal-regulatory, financial-economic supports.
