Essay

The theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of communicative competence of a person in the context of the problem of self-concept has been carried out. During the experimental study of the dynamics of communicative competence in professional communication teachers the author’s methodology for its effectiveness has been tested. According to the results of empirical research principal psychological and pedagogical conditions of development of communicative competence of teachers in professional communication have been worked out namely psychological and pedagogical support of the development of communicative competence of future teachers, activativization of the professional and personal self-determination of teachers and their self-development, as well as increasing the level of innovation common professional teachers’ competence.
