Zhelezov О. Establishment and Development of Joint Investment institutions in the countries of Western Europe, USA and Ukraine (historical and legal aspect)

In the thesis for the first time in Ukrainian historical and legal science process of joint investment institutions' (further JII) foundation and development in Western Europe, USA and Ukraine was investigated. Investigation was focused on finding common historical and economic regularities in creation and development of JII, peculiarities of normative-legal support in the specified countries of the JII's functioning at different stages of its development. As a result of this investigation, historical and legal conception of establishment and development of JII in the Western Europe, USA (ХІХ - ХХІ century) and Ukraine (end of ХХ - ХХІ century) was developed. Possible improvement to legislation in the JII regulating field was suggested in Ukraine.
