Thesis is devoted to theoretical sociological interpretation of xenophobia phenomenon, as well as to development of methodological foundations of the technologization of bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine activities in the sphere of counteraction to manifestations of xenophobia. Global experience of the police reaction to manifestations of xenophobia is analyzed and, taking it into attention, a packet of social technologies of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine counteraction to manifestations of xenophobia is proposed.
