The thesis is devoted to solving scientific and applied tasks to ensure traceability volume and volumetric flow of natural gas through improved methods and devices to ensure conformity assessment means in its accounting. Theoretical study of physical processes in the bell of standard units, including hydrodynamic processes bell when approaching the bottom of the annular tank with a stabilizing ring and modeled the impact angle bell reference installation for its accuracy. Improved methodology for the correlation analysis of signals informative parameters for evaluating the stability costs bell installations. The developed method for determining the weight coefficients for evaluating complex quality gas meters. Theoretically and methodologically improved transmission unit volumetric flow of gas from the state primary standard to standards-based critical nozzles. Proved and the first time a practical testing procedures of international comparisons of national measurement standards unit volume and volumetric flow of gas. Developed and introduced into practice regulations that provide conformity assessment of accounting for natural gas.
