Gyulmamedov V. Substantiation of differential approach to the choice of haemorrhoids surgical treatment

Research objec - surgical treatment of haemorrhoids; Aim of work - Improvement of results of treatment of haemorrhoids by development of the differentiated approach of treatment and taking into account morphological features in the edges of operating wounds after the different methods of surgical operations; Methods - general clinical, proctological, instrumental, morphological, statistical; Novelty -The results of different methods of surgical treatment of haemorrhoids depending on its form, stage, complications, duration of the disease, the patients' age and treatment that patients had had before were systematized and estimated. The peculiarities of wounds healing with different methods of haemorrhoids surgical treatment were set. The tactics of differential approach to haemorrhoids surgical treatment on the basis of the obtained results was determined. The effectiveness of a conservative treatment in preoperative and postoperative periods was shown and the necessity of its realization in patients with different complications was proved. Results - Usage in practice developed algorithm of choice of method of operation for patients by a haemorrhoids and the improved methods of surgical treatment allows to improve the direct and remote results of treatment of haemorrhoids, reduce the amount of postoperative complications by 8,0%, to reduce the duration of hospitalization by 2,5 days; It is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; Sphere - medical practice.
