Object - patients with chronic symptomatic ischemia of the upper limb on the background of steal syndrome; аіm - to improve results of treatment of chronic circulatory insufficiency of the upper limb, methods - clinical, laboratory, hardware and tools, statistics, novelty – suggested a sequence of recovery of arterial blood flow in the respective arterial pond at the multiple extracranial arteries lesions; results - developed and implemented in clinical practice the basic principles of the phased approach on the surgical treatment of combined atherosclerotic lesions of subclavian, carotid and vertebral arteries; implemented in treatment and educational process; field - surgery.
