Zaytseva M. The Development of Financial Institutions in the Transformational Economy in the Conditions of Globalization

Object of research: institutional environment of the financial market of the economy being in the state of the market transformation. A research objective: the disclosure of institutional prerequisites for the formation of effective financial market in the process of market transformation and its balanced development in the conditions of growing openness of the national economy. Research methods: the unity of the logical and historical approaches, the combination of abstract and concrete, quantitative and qualitative approaches, analysis and synthesis, and evolutionary-institutional approach and the method of logical modeling, expert evaluation. Results, novelty: the relationship between complementarity and mutual substitution of financial institutions has been disclosed; the multivariate multilevel nature of quantitative changes in the abundance of financial intermediaries has been estimated; the understanding of the nature of misconceptions and their role in economic decision-making entities the financial market has been improved; the disclosure of contradictions of financial globalization and the presentation of the content and the structure of the institutional environment of the financial market has been developed; the priority directions of improvement of the system of state regulation of the national financial market has been justified; the effects of long-term preservation of inconsistency between formal and informal institutions was opened.
