Essay

One of the causes of hemorrhagic complications during surgery and in the early postoperative period is unsatisfactory diagnosis pathology of hemostasis in urgent circumstances and failure to provide adequate hemostatic therapy. Using the developed algorithm hemostatic therapy in patients with acute abdominal pathology reduced the number of hemorrhagic complications to 0,32% vs 7,73% in the comparison group.
